Adam Prawer, MD
Adam Prawer, MD is a board-certified family medicine physician and a lifelong St. Petersburg native.
He brings a strong commitment to personalized, community-centered care to patients at Prawer Medical Group.
Dr. Prawer previously practiced alongside his father at Point Brittany, an experience that helped shape his patient-first approach and deep appreciation for continuity of care.

Dr. Prawer graduated from Shorecrest Preparatory School and earned his undergraduate degree from Emory University.
He received his medical degree from the University of Florida and completed his postgraduate training at Bayfront Medical Center, where he later became board-certified in family medicine.
He remains actively involved in his patients’ care, including regular hospital visits at Bayfront Health St. Petersburg and St. Anthony’s Hospital.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Prawer enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.
His dedication to both his family and his patients reflects his genuine care for the St. Petersburg community he is proud to serve.

William Alford, DO
Will Alford, DO is a board-certified primary care physician at Prawer Medical Group in St. Petersburg, Florida.
His clinical focus includes geriatrics, nursing home care, and procedural services such as joint injections and trigger point injections. Dr. Alford is committed to providing comprehensive, individualized care tailored to each patient’s needs and lifestyle.

Dr. Alford earned his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology from Florida State University and received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Medicine.
He completed his residency training locally at Bayfront Hospital in downtown St. Petersburg, where he developed a strong foundation in community-based primary care.

Dr. Alford’s passion for medicine is rooted in family tradition, inspired by his great-grandfather, a family physician who served on the front lines during World War I.
He values building meaningful patient relationships and takes pride in integrating multiple approaches to care to improve overall health outcomes.
​
Outside of the office, Dr. Alford enjoys spending time on the water with his wife and their two dogs, fishing, playing basketball, and cheering on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Tampa Bay Rays, and Tampa Bay Lightning.

Nicole Aguilar, DO, MPH
Nicole Aguilar, DO is a board-certified internal medicine physician committed to delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care.
She emphasizes preventive medicine and works closely with patients to maintain long-term health and manage complex medical conditions using an evidence-based, holistic approach.

Dr. Aguilar earned her medical degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Medicine, where she also completed a Master of Public Health.
She went on to complete her internal medicine residency training at Blake Hospital in Bradenton, Florida.
Her clinical expertise includes chronic disease management, personalized preventive care, and procedural services such as joint and trigger point injections.

Originally from Bend, Oregon, Dr. Aguilar now enjoys life in Florida with her husband and their two dogs.
Outside of medicine, she enjoys cooking, practicing pilates, and scuba diving.

Edna Wilson, APRN
Edna L. Wilson holds board certification in Family Practice conferred by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
She earned her Master's of Science in Nursing degree from the University of South Florida and boasts over 15 years of clinical experience.
Throughout her illustrious career, she has demonstrated expertise in diverse medical domains, including Cardiopulmonary, Critical Care, Geriatrics, and Aeromedical Evacuation (Flight) medicine.
A native of St. Petersburg, Edna proudly served her country for 22 years in the United States Air Force, attaining the rank of Lieutenant Colonel before retiring. Her dedication and contributions to military healthcare are commendable.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Edna Wilson finds fulfillment in familial bonds and pursuits such as dancing and basketball.
